Who We Are
We are a diverse group of seasoned SME business operators and entrepreneurs. Throughout our careers we have all found ourselves asking many common questions;
“why not do things differently?”
“why can’t we create a great organization?”
“why not build something that will last, and we can be proud of?”

In creating and building our organization, our goal is to be a great company to:

We recognize that there is a relationship between all stakeholders in the company’s operating environment. We will conduct ourselves by being respectful and balancing the differing needs of; employees, customers, ownership and the community. We are all in this together, we will always conduct ourselves with this is mind.
Often mentioned, but equally as often not understood. The following is a good place to start, “A person who has integrity lives his or her values in relationships with coworkers, customers, and stakeholders. Honesty, trust, and truthfulness are the basic tenets in how we will act.” We will strive to develop ways to show the right path and to prove we are on that path.
We at Swift embrace the concept of “always be learning”. We will be an organization that is actively engaged in increasing skills and expertise as well as learning for its own sake. We will embrace the dynamic world we live in and strive to use new technology, information, and advanced practices to get there first.
Swift strives towards objectives, achievements and goals. By placing value on these characteristics, an atmosphere of planning, improvement, evaluation and success is consistently promoted.
